If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item/s, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If your purchase is eligible, we will authorise a return. Please note that all returns must be authorised by one of our customer service team before you ship them back to us.

A proof of purchase is required to process a refund. This helps to speed up the process. Please note that delivery charges are not refundable and we do not cover the cost of returning products unless they are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied.
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item (in line with the above-mentioned terms regarding the timely return and condition of the goods) a credit will be applied to the original payment card/payment method used to purchase the goods.
We do not accept returns on helium canisters, helium inflated balloons, personalised or bespoke items. Inflated balloons, personalised & bespoke items may only be returned if the goods are faulty, at our discretion. We may offer alternative to goods being returned, by way of a partial refund as is appropriate in each case.
It is always advised that you obtain proof of postage on any items you might be returning, this would help in the unlikely event of the item going astray.
